Customer Service Contact Information

Customer Service for all utilities except Electric is performed by the Finance and Administrative Department of the City of Atlantic Beach. This includes all utility new services, service terminations or billing questions. The direct number for customer service is (904) 247-5816.

Hours of operation are 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. Monday through Friday, except on holidays.
